NEW YORK BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE

RECIPE TO MAKE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE                                                                                        INGREDIENTS 2 cups cream cheese 6 cups whipped cream 2tbsp gelatin 3/4 fresh milk 4 egg yolks 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp lime juice 1 cup digestive biscuit (crushed) 3 tbsp butter, melted       For the topping: 1/2 cup blueberry filling  1 tbsp gelatin 2 cups water       PROCEDURE   In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the butter. Spread it at the bottom of a dish and smoothen with a spoon. Now, freeze it till it becomes hard.  In a separate bowl , mix the cream cheese with the vanilla essence and the lime juice. Mix it well. Dissolve the gelatin with 1-1/2 cups of cold water and keep aside. Boil milk in a pan. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar. Add 2tbs of the boiling milk. SWEET SUMMER CORN SOUP

RECIPE TO MAKE SWEET CORN SOUP  (2 PORTION)

Sweet corn soup!! An easy, TRIED-AND-TRUE corn soup recipe made with simple ingredients. This soup can be made with either fresh or frozen corn. Delicious topped with butter, coriander and spring onions. This is one of the meals that can be made all year round. Serve hot as brunch or a light lunch or dinner with crusty bread or pasta.
                                                                    
                                                                               


     INGREDIENTS

  • Refined oil 20ml
  • Fine chopped garlic 5gm
  • Fine chopped ginger 5gm
  • Fine chopped carrots and French beans 20gm each
  • Salt 2gm
  • Crushed pepper 1gm
  • Ajino motto 1gm
  • American sweet corn kernel 130gm
  • American sweet corn kernel (chopped) 30gm
  • Chicken stock/water 500ml
  • Chicken broth powder 5gm
  • Soya sauce 1dash
  • Water : corn starch slurry (1:1) 20ml
  • Fine chopped coriander 2gm
  • Fine chopped spring onion 2gm

     PROCEDURE

  1. Heat oil, add chopped garlic, ginger, onion and sauté well .
  2. Add fine chopped carrot and French beans and sauté until soft, add seasoning and ajino motto.
  3. Add some chopped and some whole corn kernels into the pot and sauté well. Add chicken stock and soya.
  4. Once boiled nicely thicken with corn starch slurry. Check seasoning.
  5. Finish with chopped coriander and spring onion and serve hot.
