RECIPE TO MAKE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE                                                                                        INGREDIENTS 2 cups cream cheese 6 cups whipped cream 2tbsp gelatin 3/4 fresh milk 4 egg yolks 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp lime juice 1 cup digestive biscuit (crushed) 3 tbsp butter, melted       For the topping: 1/2 cup blueberry filling  1 tbsp gelatin 2 cups water       PROCEDURE   In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the butter. Spread it at the bottom of a dish and smoothen with a spoon. Now, freeze it till it becomes hard.  In a separate bowl , mix the cream cheese with the vanilla essence and the lime juice. Mix it well. Dissolve the gelatin with 1-1/2 cups of cold water and keep aside. Boil milk in a pan. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar. Add 2tbs of the boiling milk. RECIPE TO BAKE MOUTHWATERY BLUEBERRY MUFFINS AT HOME

This blueberry muffin recipe is moist, sweet, and bursting with fruity flavor. A buttery streusel topping takes this indulgent breakfast over the top. I usually double the recipe and fill the muffin cups just to the top for a wonderful, extra - generously - sized, deli - style muffin. Add extra blueberries if you want !


                               

   INGREDIENTS

    MUFFINS :
  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk, or more as needed
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
    CRUMB TOPPING:
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

   DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Grease the muffin cups or line with paper liners.
  3. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
  4. Pour oil into a small liquid measuring cup. 
  5. Add egg and enough milk to reach the 1 cup mark; stir until combined. 
  6. Pour into flour mixture and mix just until the batter is combined.
  7. Fold in blueberries; set batter aside.
  8. For the crumb topping : Combine sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon in a small bowl .
  9. Mix it properly with a fork until crumbly.
  10. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling right to the top .
  11. Sprinkle with crumb topping.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean, upto 20-25 minutes.
