RECIPE TO MAKE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE                                                                                        INGREDIENTS 2 cups cream cheese 6 cups whipped cream 2tbsp gelatin 3/4 fresh milk 4 egg yolks 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp lime juice 1 cup digestive biscuit (crushed) 3 tbsp butter, melted       For the topping: 1/2 cup blueberry filling  1 tbsp gelatin 2 cups water       PROCEDURE   In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the butter. Spread it at the bottom of a dish and smoothen with a spoon. Now, freeze it till it becomes hard.  In a separate bowl , mix the cream cheese with the vanilla essence and the lime juice. Mix it well. Dissolve the gelatin with 1-1/2 cups of cold water and keep aside. Boil milk in a pan. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar. Add 2tbs of the boiling milk. RECIPE TO BAKE BLACK FOREST CAKE

This black forest cake recipe delivers a classic version of the original taste with whipped cream frosting and sour cherries. The chocolate layers are so moist and the combination of chocolate, cherries and soft whipped cream is to die for.

                                                     


                                  

     INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs 2 no
  • Sugar 50gm
  • Maida 40gm
  • Cocoa powder 10gm
  • Cherry Liquor 50ml
  • Chocolate (for garnish) 100ml
  • Cherries 26no
  • Whipped topping 200gm

     PROCEDURE

  1. For the sponge, line butter paper in a tray.
  2. Start whisking eggs and sugar speedily to get a high volume in the mixture.
  3. When the volume has been attainted fold in the sieved dry ingredients.
  4. Bake the sponge at 200 degrees celsius and  check with cabe tester for doneness.
  5. Whip the whipping cream till hard peaks till the sponge cools down.
  6. Cut the sponge into 3 layers and soak them with cherry alcohol syrup to keep them moist.
  7. Use a turn table and place the sponge then apply the whipped topping and scatter the chopped cherries.
  8. Repeat the layers, and at last ice in the top layer with whipped cream, then add the chocolate flakes with some whipped cream forest and stock them up with cherries.
