NEW YORK BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE

RECIPE TO MAKE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE                                                                                        INGREDIENTS 2 cups cream cheese 6 cups whipped cream 2tbsp gelatin 3/4 fresh milk 4 egg yolks 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp lime juice 1 cup digestive biscuit (crushed) 3 tbsp butter, melted       For the topping: 1/2 cup blueberry filling  1 tbsp gelatin 2 cups water       PROCEDURE   In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the butter. Spread it at the bottom of a dish and smoothen with a spoon. Now, freeze it till it becomes hard.  In a separate bowl , mix the cream cheese with the vanilla essence and the lime juice. Mix it well. Dissolve the gelatin with 1-1/2 cups of cold water and keep aside. Boil milk in a pan. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar. Add 2tbs of the boiling milk. FRESH & CRUNCHY SPRING ROLLS

RECIPE TO MAKE FRIED SPRING ROLLS

Spring rolls-also sometimes called summer rolls. Fried spring rolls are filled with juicy chopped cabbage, carrots to create slender, smooth, and delicate packages. I fry them until golden and the wrappers are shatteringly crispy at first bite.

                                                                            

     INGREDIENTS

       (For filling)

  • Refined oil 10ml
  • Fine chopped garlic 2gm
  • Fine chopped ginger 2gm
  • Sliced onions 20gm
  • Carrot juliennes 30gm
  • Cabbage juliennes 30gm
  • R/Y/G juliennes 20gm
  • Seasoning 2gm
  • Ajino moto 1gm
  • Soya sauce 5ml
  • Chopped spring onion 15gm
  • Chopped coriander 5gm
  • Sesame seed 1gm
       (For wrapping/frying)
  • (T.Y.J) Spring roll sheet 4no
  • Beaten egg (half)
  • Oil to fry 100ml

     PROCEDURE

  1. Heat up refined oil and sauté ingredients 2-7 one by one, add seasonings and condiments.
  2. Once cooled sprinkle spring onions and chopped coriander leaves.
  3. Fill the mixtures into the spring roll sheets, secure with egg and deep fry until golden and crispy.
