RECIPE TO MAKE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE                                                                                        INGREDIENTS 2 cups cream cheese 6 cups whipped cream 2tbsp gelatin 3/4 fresh milk 4 egg yolks 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp lime juice 1 cup digestive biscuit (crushed) 3 tbsp butter, melted       For the topping: 1/2 cup blueberry filling  1 tbsp gelatin 2 cups water       PROCEDURE   In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the butter. Spread it at the bottom of a dish and smoothen with a spoon. Now, freeze it till it becomes hard.  In a separate bowl , mix the cream cheese with the vanilla essence and the lime juice. Mix it well. Dissolve the gelatin with 1-1/2 cups of cold water and keep aside. Boil milk in a pan. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar. Add 2tbs of the boiling milk. THE RECIPE TO MAKE INSTANT PEANUT BUTTER  CHOCO CHIP COOKIES

Have you ever ate one of your foods so much ,that every time you reunite with them, it feels like your first time. Well that's me with my delicious Peanut Butter Choco Chips Cookies. No matter how many times I eat them it always feels like they are new to my taste buds. As I start baking, my stomach turns in the anticipation of the perfectly sweet cookie smell that awaits. So why the wait lets start with the recipe.



     INGREDIENTS

  • 1 - 1/2 cups of packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter ,softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2- 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2teaspoon of baking power
  • 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips

      DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C)
  2. Cream together brown sugar and butter. Beat in peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Drop 11/2 teaspoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Do flatten slightly because they do not spread much while baking.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Let the baked cookies cool down for a while.
