RECIPE TO MAKE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE                                                                                        INGREDIENTS 2 cups cream cheese 6 cups whipped cream 2tbsp gelatin 3/4 fresh milk 4 egg yolks 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp lime juice 1 cup digestive biscuit (crushed) 3 tbsp butter, melted       For the topping: 1/2 cup blueberry filling  1 tbsp gelatin 2 cups water       PROCEDURE   In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the butter. Spread it at the bottom of a dish and smoothen with a spoon. Now, freeze it till it becomes hard.  In a separate bowl , mix the cream cheese with the vanilla essence and the lime juice. Mix it well. Dissolve the gelatin with 1-1/2 cups of cold water and keep aside. Boil milk in a pan. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar. Add 2tbs of the boiling milk. RECIPE TO MAKE VELVETY TOMATO SAUCE PASTA

Craving a simple, cozy pasta? Try this classic red sauce pasta recipe! Like any great Italian recipe, it features simple, classic ingredients simmered until they meld into a savory, velvety tomato sauce. Throw it onto pasta with a little salty cheese, and its simply divine.

                                                                              

     INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of dried basil
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • Pasta ,of any shape
  • Cheese ,to garnish

     PROCEDURE

  1. Warm oil in a medium saucepan over low heat and sauté garlic; heat through until garlic turns translucent, not brown. 
  2. Add onion and cook over low heat until translucent; 5 to 10minutes.
  3. Add parsley, basil, and black pepper; stir. Add crushed tomatoes and cover; raise heat to medium and bring to a strong simmer.
  4. Lower heat and add red pepper flakes. Cover the saucepan and cook for 25 to 35 minutes.
  5. Let the sauce cook over medium-low heat uncovered for 10minutes or until it thickens. 
  6. The sauce can be run in the food processor for 10 minutes or until it thickens. 
  7. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
  8. Drain and mix well with sauce.
  9. Grate some cheese and sprinkle seasonings as per your choice.
