NEW YORK BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE

RECIPE TO MAKE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE                                                                                        INGREDIENTS 2 cups cream cheese 6 cups whipped cream 2tbsp gelatin 3/4 fresh milk 4 egg yolks 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp lime juice 1 cup digestive biscuit (crushed) 3 tbsp butter, melted       For the topping: 1/2 cup blueberry filling  1 tbsp gelatin 2 cups water       PROCEDURE   In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the butter. Spread it at the bottom of a dish and smoothen with a spoon. Now, freeze it till it becomes hard.  In a separate bowl , mix the cream cheese with the vanilla essence and the lime juice. Mix it well. Dissolve the gelatin with 1-1/2 cups of cold water and keep aside. Boil milk in a pan. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar. Add 2tbs of the boiling milk. CLASSIC CHINESE FRIED RICE

RECIPE TO MAKE A CLASSIC CHINESE FRIED RICE (2 PORTION)

Fried rice has been a kitchen staple since as early as the Sui Dynasty (589 - 618 CE) in China. The primary reason for the continued popularity and ubiquity of this dish comes down to two things: its adaptability and the fact that the people almost always cook too much rice to eat in one sitting. This is an easy, classic fried rice recipe you can make for a quick dinner on any weeknight.

                                                                             

     INGREDIENTS

  • Refined oil 20ml
  • Fine chopped garlic 5gm
  • Fine chopped ginger 5gm
  • Fine chopped onion 30gm
  • Fine chopped beans, carrot, cabbage, bok choy, R/Y/G pepper
  • Boiled rice 200gm
  • Seasoning 1gm
  • Ajino moto 1gm
  • Soya sauce (few drops)
  • Sesame seed oil 1ml
  • Fine chopped coriander 7gm
  • Fine chopped spring onion 20gm

     PROCEDURE

  1. Prepare boiled rice and keep aside.
  2. Heat some refined oil in a work, add chopped ginger, garlic, along with onions, beans, carrot, cabbage, bok choy and RYG pepper, sauté well.
  3. Add seasoning along with boiled rice and toss well.
  4. Finish with a touch of soya sauce, sesame seed oil and chopped coriander and spring onion.
