NEW YORK BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE

RECIPE TO MAKE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE                                                                                        INGREDIENTS 2 cups cream cheese 6 cups whipped cream 2tbsp gelatin 3/4 fresh milk 4 egg yolks 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp lime juice 1 cup digestive biscuit (crushed) 3 tbsp butter, melted       For the topping: 1/2 cup blueberry filling  1 tbsp gelatin 2 cups water       PROCEDURE   In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the butter. Spread it at the bottom of a dish and smoothen with a spoon. Now, freeze it till it becomes hard.  In a separate bowl , mix the cream cheese with the vanilla essence and the lime juice. Mix it well. Dissolve the gelatin with 1-1/2 cups of cold water and keep aside. Boil milk in a pan. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar. Add 2tbs of the boiling milk. CAFE STYLE COLD COFFEE WITH ICE CREAM

INSTANT RECIPE TO MAKE COLD COFFEE WITH ICE CREAM (COFFEE MILKSHAKE)

At many places it is even termed as coffee milkshake .Try this indulging drink in the hot summer days. For making this coffee milkshake, I have used instant coffee and added directly into the blender. In this way you can make it within 5 minutes. If not using instant coffee then you can use freshly ground coffee beans and hot water. Let this decoction cool down completely before using it in cool coffee recipe.



As the name says, cold coffee with ice cream, I have added scoops of ice cream onto the  blender as well as on top at the time of serving. It makes the cold coffee thick, creamy and rich. Here I have used used chocolate ice cream as it brings out the coffee flavor perfectly. Instead you can even opt for vanilla ice cream, mocha ice cream or coffee ice cream. Those who are not into coffee flavor much might definitely like this coffee beverage. Because of the sweetness and addition of ice cream it will mellow down the bitterness. But if you want strong coffee flavor you can increase the quantity of instant coffee.

Just to make it café style cold coffee, I have garnished it with chocolate sauce.

      INGREDIENTS

  • 5 teaspoons of instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1-1/2 cup of milk
  • 2-3 scoops of ice cream
  • Few ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoons of chocolate sauce/syrup

      DIRECTIONS                                                     

  • Take instant coffee and sugar in a blender jar.
  • Add milk to it.
  • Also add ice cubes and chocolate ice cream (The flavor of ice cream is upto your choice) 
  • Now blend it till everything is smooth, frothy and well blended.
  • Now drizzle little chocolate sauce over the inside surface of the glass. Pour the prepared coffee milkshake. Add a scoop of ice cream on top.
  • Serve immediately.
