RECIPE TO MAKE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE                                                                                        INGREDIENTS 2 cups cream cheese 6 cups whipped cream 2tbsp gelatin 3/4 fresh milk 4 egg yolks 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp lime juice 1 cup digestive biscuit (crushed) 3 tbsp butter, melted       For the topping: 1/2 cup blueberry filling  1 tbsp gelatin 2 cups water       PROCEDURE   In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the butter. Spread it at the bottom of a dish and smoothen with a spoon. Now, freeze it till it becomes hard.  In a separate bowl , mix the cream cheese with the vanilla essence and the lime juice. Mix it well. Dissolve the gelatin with 1-1/2 cups of cold water and keep aside. Boil milk in a pan. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar. Add 2tbs of the boiling milk. RECIPE TO BAKE PERFECT CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

After becoming popular during the pandemic when people were bored, home baking is now a good way to save a bit of money during the cost of living crises. And if you fancy a sweet treat but don't want to splash out on something pricey from the shops this could be a perfect solution. These rich, fudgy desserts are surprisingly easy to bake at home. 

                                                                                   


      INGREDIENTS

  • Egg 1no.
  • Sugar 50gm
  • Chocolate 113gm
  • Cream 25ml
  • Butter 16gm
  • Flour 50gm
  • Walnuts 44gm
  • Baking powder 1.5gm

      PROCEDURE

  1. Mix flour, walnut and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Heat cream and butter, then add chocolate to it until chocolate is melted.
  3. Whisk eggs and sugar together until a thick consistency is reached.
  4. Fold in chocolate mixture into eggs and sugar 
  5. Then fold in flour and mix into it.
  6. Pour into a baking mould and bake, at 180 Degree Celsius until cooked.
  7. Serve with ice cream / caramel sauce and choco chips / mint leaves.
